INC Sparkly Open Toe High Heel Bow Sandal Heels

These shoes are in Good/Fair Condition. They were purchased for an event and even paid to have rubber on the bottom. I’m pricing these super cheap because they have sat for a while. They retail for over $100. The insole is now just suede and the strap in pic 7 has turned a dark color just over time. I do believe a silver sharpie might fix it. These have a sparkle of life left. Do it! For that one event!
