I.N.C. Red and Black Pleated Skirt

Red and Black skirt. Trimmed Black detail around the waist. Adorned with a bow in the front. Pleats throughout front to back. I usually wear a 4 this is a 6 and it fit well. I’m 115 5’2 for reference. I only wore this tops 3 times! (EUC)
