Beautiful black heavyweight fabric with bright yellow ribbon stripes/piping. Excellent quality with a hidden zipper. Perfect shape, like new. Polyester/Rayon/Spandex is an excellent combination of fabric to create a skirt that hangs and moves beautifully. If this fit me I would not be selling it! The photos do not do this justice.
