INC International off the Shoulder Sweater. Black with White Embroidery. Sz Smal

INC International Concepts lightweight casual sweater. Off the shoulder style with straps. Size Small. Color is black with very well-made white embroidery at top, around the bottom, and as slight bell sleeves on each arm. I wore this only a few times, and it's in nealy perfect condition. Can be worn in fall, winter, spring, or on cool summer nights. Hate to part with this sweater, and I may keep if no one buys it!
