INC International Concepts Black Blouse with White Dots

Elegant black blouse with white dot pattern. Flattering style with a slightly ruched waist and cuffs. Never worn, now too big. The waist is 7" wide, similar to a cummberbund, and cinched in a little with moderate side and back ruching. The cuff rouching is appx 4". This fits TTS in my opinion. The fabric feels like silk. I never wore it but planned on using one hijab magnet in my bra and the other on the inner wrap v fabric to keep everything in place. I have a lot of XXL things to post, please consider adding it to a bundle so you can check things out as I clear out my closet.
