INC International‎ Concepts Black And Nude Mock Neck Tank Size Small

This is in fair condtion showing wear and tear. One of the buttons is missing on back of neck and all the elastic loops to go around buttons are broken. The lining/nude layer has quite a lot of snags (but can’t see when black layer is down). Still has wear but please see all photos. Approx measurements 16 1/4 inches pit to pit 25 1/2 inches top to hem
