INC International Concept Floral Bandana Scarf

INC Intetnational Concepts silky bandana scarf. Floral design with very pretty shades of coral and blue and a crochet edge. Seems to be a rare design, may have been a sample. Can be worn around the neck as a bandana or scarf, worn as a headband, around the wrist, or on a purse (see pic).
