INC Halter Maxi Dress

Absolutely beautiful, and very flattering, halter maxi dress by INC. Worn once to a graduation party. It’s a gorgeous shade of olive green with metallic, but subtle, gold stripes. Dress has a smocked waist, ruffle tier at the bottom, large pockets, and really nicely wrapped halter straps. I love it, but it is a little long for my taste. I’m 5’ 4” and it fits perfect with a 2” heel, but drags on the floor in flats. Length: 56” from back of neck to hem Fabric: polyester Halter has back button closure with keyhole. Feels amazing on!
