I.N. San Francisco vintage 1990s black and midnight blue mesh glitter floral maxi dress. Cowl neckline. Overall great condition, but please note that one end of one strap was repaired from the inside, as shown in the last photo. Some may consider this to be not quite a maxi length but a longer midi length. Tagged size large. In my opinion, it fits small per modern sizing equivalent and fits more like a modern size medium and is listed as such. Please refer to measurements. Approximate measurements lying flat Armpit to armpit 17" Waist 15" (empire waist) It does have a lot of stretch and is cut at a bias.
