IMPRESSIVE 1970s' NAVY STRAW WIDE BRIM HAT WITH FOLDED BACK BRIM + BLUE FLOWERS

This is a most impressive navy straw very wide brim hat. The crown is short and flat at the top. There is a navy grosgrain band around the crown wich ends in several folds and a streamer at one side towards the front. The magnificent wide brim is folded at the back.
