I do my very best to make sure all Pre-loved merchandise is inspected, cleaned, and free of any stains, holes, etc. That being said, please also understand that a Pre-loved item is NOT a NEW item, and there could be a minor flaw that comes with purchasing Pre-loved merchandise. I always look for good quality items that are still in like new condition with little, if any, wear and tear. #3. If you receive an item and have an issue with it please be so kind as to message me your concern so we can figure out a solution. #4. My ultimate goal is to make every buying experience a pleasant one for you. #5. Most shipments are sent out within 24 hrs of purchase. Weekends may have a slight delay due to post office hours. #6. I will always answer any questions or provide additional info before you purchase. Just ask! #7. I do my best to offer fair pricing. I look for the best deals so I can bring them to you. #8 If you purchase an item and it doesn't fit or you just don't like the style, etc, you always have the option to re-posh (re-sell) the item.
