Vintage City Girl by Nancy Bolen blazer with intricate black and gold design. Deep Eggplant, almost black, Velvet with gold, copper and silver detailing. Gold buttons with black center. Shoulder pads have been cut out, and lining is torn at location of previous shoulder pads (see photo). Doesn’t compromise integrity of garment.
