Made by ILGWU (International Ladies Garment Workers Union), "one of the first U.S. Unions to have primarily female membership and a key player in later history of the 1920s & 1930s. Vintage floral dress with faux ruffle wrap, matching sash, v neck, and sheer material that can be worn with a slip or cute biker shorts/bralette. Says size 6, but fits as a modern small or extra small. Please review measurements to ensure fit. Doesn't have material tag, but feels like nylon. Condition: preowned vintage, no flaws.
