IGL certified loose blue fancy diamond

This diamond has a black inclusion which is the reason I fell in love with it. However it isn't serving a purpose here. My hopes were to get this mounted on a band and wear it proudly however here it sits a year and a half after purchasing. This is a light blue in color, it's naturally enhanced color. I can take better pictures of the certificate if needed as well. 0.53 CT not to big and not too small!!! It also has a laser engraved ID number from IGL. Feel free to make an offer
