There are no labels or inscriptions to identify the materials, but all synthetic is probably a good guess. The stated size is 8, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of shoes that they know fit well before purchasing. Inside measurements are: length, heel to toe 9.75"; widest point 3 1/8"; narrowest point 1.75". Heel height is 4.75", platform height, center front 1 5/8".
