The orange fabric is smooth & silky to the touch, & the crotch is secure but not bulky. Approx. flat-measurements: Waist relaxed 16.5” Waist stretched 23.5” Protection area (crotch) 8.5” Leg opening 13.5” front & back=27” [Note: I have not measured the panty in unopened pkg.] Also available in black (holds 8 tsp).
