It is terrible to treat, me, someone who made a purchase with you, the way you are. My necklace has never had tracking eventhough you said it had been shipped. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and waited. No necklace arrived & you said you were checking with the post office...I said okay please let me know what happens...then nothing from you ever since.
