I need help yall!!! Hello Kitty Bag to anyone willing to help save these babies

OK, so I’ll try to make this sad story short. I had an old friend pass away last Friday. unexpectedly. She left behind 3 dogs. We were able to rehome one of them. The other two desperately need vet care or they will need to be euthanized severe neglect. I have not talked to this friend in a while, and apparently she was suffering from severe alcoholism. She did not take care of herself, her animals, her home etc… the landlord was going to call Charleston animal society, and they would likely be put to sleep because of their age and their health.
