Black Fleece-Lined, High-Waisted leggings. I love these; I have two pairs of my own already. The packaging is not terribly attractive. I'd take the leggings out and put them in a nicer box or something for you, but I don't want to open the package. It's never been opened. l like in Western New York and these leggings are my go-to.
