Feels like red silk & and velour on the outside! Such great quality…..& many hours of play time will be had with this fabulous pirates cape! My boys LOVED it! We bought this one on vacation ~ in a fancy darling toy shop inside an awesome hotel in Nashville, TN! My boys wanted to be pirates always always! I hope yours will love this as much as mine did!
