My goal is 100% buyer satisfaction! I inspect every item before listing it. Read the descriptions BEFORE you buy. I want the buyer to have a positive experience. I record and photograph every item I sell from the point of purchase through the packaging process to the post office drop off. This is not only to protect myself, but to protect the buyer as well. I will forward all videos and pics to Poshmark if any case is opened against me.

julieb8888 Love this! My second sale went nuts on me and opened a case. It was authentic, but she was absolutely crazy. I need to do this, from now on. Thank you for posting this. I am new and am so sad that people are so crazy.

strawberrymoon1 @julieb8888 It sounds so hideous to be accused of something you would never do. So yucky! I am so sorry it happened to you. I have had a buyer accuse me of sending a dirty dress when it was cleaned! Seriously nuts! I send a letter w/ each sale stating I have documented the flaws in the listing— so don’t reflect that in the rating, It’s like helping people w/ their social skills on here, So take heart. Feel free not to respond to low offers. You can block people who do. It’s a learning curve on here as a seller. So go easy on yourself and feel free to not loose sleep over it. There is no sane answer to an insane situation. 😊❤️

snidersus @julieb8888 me too! I bought a pair of Hunter boots and decided to resell because I needed the $. Well guess what? New buyer says they are fake and instead of coming to me first goes straight to Posh and opens case. Yes people can suck! Just got a $24 on new in box pair of Marc Fisher boots. I blocked her

It is disturbing how many times I keep reading this experience that buyers are opening cases accusing purchases of being fake and going after sellers. You are so not alone w/ bad buyer behaviors...Since I put up policies— it’s so much better. Don’t give up! 👍💕

Something I do is to include a letter letting the buyer know I appreciate the sale & I documented the flaws/ condition in the listing— so don’t mark that against me if they rate the item. It has really helped. I have also seen sellers who communicate that anything less than a 4 🌟 is grounds for blocking a buyer. Especially when they normally get 4/5 🌟’s. Hang in there! Positive support your way! 😘😍🥰
