She treating me like I'm stupid! the last picture WASNT TAKEN WITH A FLASH BUT IN GOOD LIGHTING AND YOU CAN SEE THE DAMAGE. she took her pictures where light couldn't reflect, I'm really bummed.

instafaithta Please use this as a lesson, ALWAYS ASK FOR PICTURES WITH THE FLASH WHEN IT COMES TO KATE SPADE CASES. They scratch easily. My mistake to think I could get a Kate Spade Case perfect for $11.

instafaithta This is DEFINITE SIGNS OF WEAR and would not have purchased if I knew these flaws! Don't hide flaws from your customers, always mention! there are customers that WILL buy damaged goods for a cheap price! don't be afraid to list sign of wear.
