Like new! I really wanted to like this, but I used it once and it was too aggressive for my liking. I was so hopeful since it has so many positive reviews. But I know I won't use it so hoping to find it another home where it will go to good use. Everything is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, EXCEPT the charging cable. We are in the process of moving and all of our household goods have already been packed and shipped. I probably forgot to put the cable back in the box after trying out the hypervolt and didn't realize it wasn't there.
