Very good used condition. This is a quality bag, I have recently decided on a backpack style gym bag to replace the duffel. There are quite a few little pockets, and one side pocket that is lined for sweaty gym gear or whatever you want to place in it. It is pretty water resistant. This was not the XL; I don’t quite recall the volume. It was big enough for me to stash squat shoes, deadlift shoes, chalk, a small deadlift lever, a set of fractional plates, a hoodie, a small purse, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, a lifting belt, and snacks as a medium to large female. There is a little chalk stain, as seen in pic.
