ltotts @jamiemkirk I can take measurements if you'd like? I wore those when I was a 9/10... I've gone down a bit I can wear a size 6-8 perfect. ..but those still fit me good now too...they both are strechy..i will measure them..with and without strech to them for you..I'll get back to you. (:
