Has this dress been worn? I see a tag but not a NWT designation. I would love a pit to pit measurement, a width on that fitted area under the bust (but above the skirt gathering), and length from top of strap to bottom of skirt please. Thanks!

@darcyeibs hi! Yes it is new and never been worn. Pit to pit (the band under the boobs) is
19 1/4 across the front.

The straps are adjustable with quite a big margin to adjust.
60” from top to bottom as I have them set, but a lot of play here.
All the way around under boobs is 35”
