Hunting Hound Dog Pointer Painted Spelter Antique Vintage Statue As Is -Repaired

Early 20th century antique painted pointer hunting dog, hunting hound spelter was purchased at estate sale damaged and has been repaired. Gray metal painted hollow dog was acquired with its tail broken off and has been reattached as shown. The age, rarity, great details of muscles and fur and alertness the general attitude-of this unique dog demanded repair and a welcoming home and has been displayed on my library shelf decades since. Unknown age. Might be similar to the examples of the antiques dogs in photo collage which seem equally sized. Painted finish is flawed, chippy, some mild evidence of repair might be seen with up close examination at hind quarters at the tail. Further cleaning or refurbishing up to new buyer as they might desire. Selling as shown — as is with repairs. I enjoyed this aged presenting condition as is.
