Hunter rain boots women’s size 7

These rain boots are brand new and never even worn outside. I took the tags off, threw away the box and then when I got ready to wear them, they are just too big. I should have ordered a size 6. They are a greenish teal color. Sometimes they look green and sometimes they look teal. The actual color is called dark green. Just depends on what lighting you’re in but for the most part they look green Ish. I tried to take a video so you could see what the color looks like.
