Chalkware type figure measures approximately 5½ inches, signed on base "1943 by Herbert Dubler, inc" and on base with "B. Hummel." Bottom is green felt with original sticker reading “Authentic, Hummel Figure, Produced by Ars Sacra, Made in U.S.A.” NOTE: Please review all photos. Item in vintage condition with chips and signs of wear - still an interesting item for a collector of Hummel type items. Though not exactly an Irish item, the top hat and green coat paired well with some St. Patrick's Day decor. From a smoke & pet free home.
