Hugo Boss plaid dress

Beautiful Hugo Boss midi dress in plaid. Lined. Only wore to church. Pet & smoke free home. Excellent condition with very slight pilling under the arms. Made in Romania. Full disclosure: the care tag feels a little sticky. I honestly don’t know from what, but I’m thinking the dry cleaners?? It doesn’t stick to the dress or affect it in any way, it’s just feels sticky when you touch it.
