smartandfrugal @rrpope62 sorry the top opening is23” across., bottom is 18” across. It flares out to 23”. Bag is 15” deep, 8 wide. It does carry a lot. Ask if you have more questions please!

smartandfrugal @kwilson51 I’m not sure what you mean by the Luggage strap on one side. Both straps have the padded shoulder straps for the top of the shoulder. And I don’t see any place where a missing strap would attach. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

kwilson51 Sorry for the confusion . My bag now has a pocket on the outside on on side and a like small Strap horizontally across the bag in the other side that I can slide the bag down over my carry on luggage. It’s super helpful. I did t know what else to call it…. Sorry.
