Hoya Obscura Silver. Rooted in a soil mix. Has beautiful veiny leaves. The top leaves are the neeest growth with a tiny growth point in the middle. This is the exact plant you will receive. I do NOT have heat packs!! I do have insulated packaging though, it is an additional $5 for orders under $100 (this does not include shipping).
