Howard Wolf Full Skirt Button Up Blouse 2 Piece Sz 8 12 Beige Floral Artsy Boho

Vintage Howard Wolf 2 piece set of a dirndl style full skirt and button down shirt/blouse in a soft floral of muted beige, lavender, pink, sage green and white.   The size 8 skirt is a full pleated design midi length with a drop waist and zip closure.  The size 12 button up blouse has long, slightly balloon style sleeves, a collared neckline, and a shirttail bottom.  There is no fabric tag on either item but the fabric has a soft, cottony feel. Made in the USA Measurements: shirt waist 27", hips 38", waist to hem 29" blouse shoulder to shoulder across back 22", sleeve cuff to shoulder seam 19", underarm to underarm 25.5", shoulder to shirt bottom 30" Note!  The size tag ripped off the skirt but I have added it in the photo. Please see that the top is a size 12 and the skirt is a size 8, review measurements and let me know if you need additional.
