How to Measure & Buy Used Boots Online and Score!

I buy all my footwear online, 95% of them fit like a charm. The secret? Have the seller measure these 6 spots & take those measurements & compare them to a shoe you currently wear that has the same heel height AND style. If the measurements are the same, they'll fit you! Remember:not all size 7(for example) fit the same way from one designer to the other. If they're vintage(20 years or older), boots made back then usually run smaller than current day sizing. ???'s feel free to comment💋

@hillaryshouston pretty much fool proof. With years of buying my boots online I learned a lot. Sure there were a few I had to resell because the measurements were not done correctly by me or the seller, but heck, never lost money and it's the best way to get a bargain! fit also has to do with the thickness of the leather and how close the vamp was sewn to the edge of the sole. That determines how tight or roomy they'll be across the top of your foot. Know what I'm sayin?😎

This is very helpful! Sadly I will say I have a few pairs of boots I have purchased and they do not fit! 😩. I will definitely use this to measure! How kind of you to share

@mayao76 yes it is. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Shopping this way rarely ever fails me unless the seller didn't know what they were measuring😐
