How I clean my vinyl records

How to clean your vinyl records (1) Set the vinyl disc on your turntable and turn the player on without lowering the needle. (2) Gently lower a dry microfiber cloth onto the vinyl surface as it spins. (3) Let the vinyl spin for about 30 seconds while gently moving the cloth to clean all of the tracks. (4) Shut off your turntable and set the vinyl on a clean, dry cloth. (5) Place a few drops of vinyl cleaner (1 oz. isopropyl alcohol to 7 oz. distilled water & 1 drop Dawn) onto a clean microfiber cloth and gently wipe around the disc 2-3 times to spread the cleaner evenly throughout the tracks. (6) Let your vinyl dry for about 30 minutes, then repeat the process on the other side.
