There are 4 or so discs that have smudges or scratches, but they were tested and do play as intended. The season two case has a broken plastic clip that holds the DVD spine in place. As such, it is loose. There are also 6 disc holders that have one broken tooth. Other than that, the set is in good shape and ready to be enjoyed. Smoke-free.
