House of Harlow 1960 x‎ Revolve Selma Pleated Off-Shoulder Blouse in Black

Gorgeous top from House of Harlow! This is a pleated black blouse with 3/4 sleeves. It is off-the-shoulder and hits at the waist. This item does have a couple of flaws (pictured) - the brand tag is partially detached and there is a small seam split at the shoulder. I tried to price to reflect but feel free to make an offer!
