Emerald green XS House of Harlow 1960 elegant silky ruffle detail top. Top has a zipper back and flattering waistline detail. The tie neck can be adjusted to look like picture one or two. Purchased and washed the top and then never wore it. It does have two small snags that are noted in picture 4 & 5 but are not noticeable when the top is on.
