New with tag Elegant gold cuff bracelet by House of Harlow 1960. It has heavy & strong spring action closure. It fits up to my 8” wrist. It has a scratch on the back bottom of cuff, although its new scratch occurred in store so I got it discounted after asking about the scratch. This the reduced price.
