House of Harlow 1960 Multicolor Striped Dress

Bold striped top with vibrant colors. Elastic neckline for comfort. Worn once, for a trip along the Amalfi coast destination wedding. This dress is intended to be worn hanging from the shoulder line and supports itself well though wearing a strapless bra is always recommended anyhow! At my stature of 5 foot 2 inches, this dress sat above the knee though it is a modest mini and flowed beautifully in the air.
