All gently used or not used at all, two sets of bands (rubber and fabric), one of the five pound weight bands, and the mat with strap and towel (both clean). No flaws to mat and towel. I used them for a while but am no longer part of the studio so trying to recover some of what I paid. Everything will be shipped carefully same day.
