This is a gently used item. This item is made by Hot Topic depicting Disney’s beauty and the beast Belle character. This item is an excellent condition. The zippers work great the hook on the top is still intact. It is gently used, but I do not see any stains or flaws. This items pit a pit measurement is 40 inches the waist measurement with the corset let out as far as I could is 36 inches the length of the skirt is 19 inches and the total length of the dress is 37 inches.
