Hot pink contrast lace embellished peplum dress

I don’t know why but this screams Kentucky Derby and it’s such a unique dress I don’t see o line elsewhere. In good used condition but please see all photos and note that there is some snagging/fraying within the lace, loose and missing beads on the bodice There is not a sizing or contents tag within so please refer to these measurements for fit. Would comfortably fit a size Small/Medium in my opinion.
