Hot Topic Ribcage Tank

Black chiffon hi-low tank with tails and floral ribcage print. There are two nigh-invisible runs (pictured) that I would not have noticed had I not felt for them. No holes, rips, or tears. There is a small white mark below the spine (pictured) that feels like it’s a part of the print, but I don’t know because I’ve never seen another one of these. Bought from another posher and only wore it once. It’s just not my style anymore.
