@ajuliet42 I guess it would depend on how someone decides to wear it. I intended to wear it at my true waist (where other high-waisted items hit) for a Halloween costume but went a different route. So it would work that way if thatโs what youโre looking for but it can be worn wherever the wearer wants it ๐
