This is a Hot Topic O-Ring Black Goth Skater Skirt that is a size 3X. It has pockets. It is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. It measures 41.5" in the waist and the length is 20". In great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
