Hot Topic Goth Emo Crushed Black Velvet Tunic Top Dress L NWT

This is for a crushed black velvet tunic top from Hot Topic. It is perfect for layering or wearing on its own as an oversized top. It is labelled a Large, and runs big and fits oversized/at least a size or so larger. It is in excellent condition, and is NEW with tags. I do have pets. I try to keep my items clean and in a separate room, but there may be stray hairs.
