Hot Topic Black and Purple Striped Tee Size XL

Bold black and purple stripes. Short sleeve design. Perfect for casual wear. I think it's a men's XL, I bought it thinking it was a women's XL so only wore it a few times as it was a bit bigger than I like. Maybe it's just oversized?? chest is about 21in length is about 28in
