These are a pair of bombshell dupes. Polyester, nylon, and spandex mix. Ribbed waistband. Three stripes. Thick, dense, and very good quality. Runs very small and tight/have minimal stretch due to how thick the material is. I think they are closer to XXS/XS than S.
