fashionhairboss @shoptillyoucan They do have a soft cushion. I usually can't wear anything with any kind of heel, but could wear these. Mine were comfortable when I wore them but I haven't worn them while standing for long periods. I have a teacher that bought them and she said she can wear them to work.
